How do I send my photos?

Simply email them to hello@rarerender.com. You don't need to create an account or use an app. If your files are too large for email, you can send us a Dropbox or WeTransfer link.

What is the turnaround time?

We guarantee 24-hour delivery from the moment you approve the project. Most of our partners receive their final images in less than 16 hours, ensuring you never miss a weekend launch.

Can you remove existing furniture?

Yes. We offer professional "Site Clearing" services to virtually remove old or cluttered furniture before staging the room with fresh, modern designs. Just specify removal in your email.

Do I own the final images?

Absolutely. Once the staging is complete and delivered, you have full commercial rights to use the images for MLS listings, print marketing, social media, and more.

Do I need high-res photos?

While professional photography yields the best results, our designers can work with clear, well-lit smartphone photos. We'll let you know if a photo isn't suitable for staging.

What if I don't like the style?

We offer a revision policy to ensure you are 100% satisfied. If a piece of furniture doesn't feel right for the space, just let us know and we'll adjust it to match your vision.
